Developing the right strategies for growth is something that every financial institution must do to survive. But for many, especially when those strategies involve changes in the institution’s facilities, it’s just not within their area of expertise. They have to rely on outside experts to guide them through the process. How can you be sure that the experts solutions actually apply to your unique way of doing business?
In 1982, Bill Minahan founded BCI as a consulting, design and construction management firm dedicated solely to meeting the needs of financial institutions and the people they serve. His approach was simple: develop expertise in planning, design, construction and financial services, giving management teams and boards of directors the experience they might have if they could do this themselves. Since 1982 and through hundreds of projects, BCI has served as the “Building Committee” to financial institutions throughout the country, combining an in-house feel with professional results.
Today, our staff includes demographers, market and business analysts, designers, architects, construction specialists and others whose only job is to help financial institutions grow. Together, they have years of experience working in and for financial institutions. Several on the staff are former financial institution executives themselves. And while we’re still the best possible choice for designing and building facilities, we’re also experts at strategic planning, market analysis and all aspects of branding and market penetration. In each case, still delivering excellent results that feel like what you would have done yourself - if you could.
