BCI has broken ground on a building expansion and remodeling project for the First National Bank in Seiling, Oklahoma. It is BCI's first project for the bank, which began as Farmers and Merchants Bank in 1901.
The project will add over 2,300 square feet to the bank's headquarters, and include a complete remodel of the existing 3,900-foot space. The building, built by the bank in 1925, was last remodeled in 1981.
Design Project Manager Kyle Edwards headed the design team for the project, which is anticipated to be completed in seven months.
