The Design Phase is where our architects and engineers develop the detailed construction documents and specifications for the project.

Our design philosophy is service driven. We design facilities that enhance your ability to provide service easily and economically, utilizing state-of-the-art marketing and cross-selling techniques. We are careful to balance project and service requirements with budget constraints.

At BCI we utilize architectural styles that reflect your institution's personality and that convey the proper image. And, we design flexibility into the project to not only handle today's space needs and technologies but to evolve and expand easily in the future to meet changing needs.

Our drawings and specifications are structured by our architects and engineers to create maximum competition during the bidding phase.

We break a project down into 20 to 25 categories, or divisions, and seek multiple bids in each division. This means that we will get 50 to 100 bids on a typical project from which to choose from.

This process will insure the lowest possible price for your project from the most qualified sub-contractors.
