When BCI builds your building, we solicit bids from local contractors and suppliers. We get several bids in 20-25 categories of work on your project. Together, we will select the most qualified sub-contractors to work on your project. A full-time superintendent from our staff will manage the day-to-day construction from start to finish.
Ever had the experience of thinking your budget was set, only to find out that certain important items weren’t included? Our process gives you a total project price, including things like banking equipment, furniture, and retail fixtures that a local contractor might not be qualified to address. And since we’re building buildings that we designed, you can be sure that everything will be included and that we’ll put it all together correctly, the way it was designed – on time and within budget.
