When BCI builds your building, we solicit bids from local contractors and suppliers. We get several bids in 20-25 categories of work on your project. Together, we will select the most qualified sub-contractors to work on your project. A full-time superintendent from our staff will manage the day-to-day construction from start to finish.
Ever had the experience of thinking your budget was set, only to find out that certain important items weren’t included? Our process gives you a total project price, including things like banking equipment, furniture, and retail fixtures that a local contractor might not be qualified to address.
